Cocktail Kachori Chaat


Ingredients
8-10 pcs kachori,
31/2-4 cups fresh curds beaten,
1/2 cup tamarind chutney,
1-2 tblsp garlic chutney,
2-3 tblsp green chutney(coriander),
1/2 tsp sanchal(black salt),
1/2 tsp freshly grounded jeera powder,
Salt to taste,
1/2 red chilli powder,
Chaat masala(optional)

For garnishing:
Thin nylon sev,
Pomegranate seeds,
Freshly chopped coriander leaves..


Method

Mash the kachori partially. Drizzle beaten curd over it. Pour all the chutneys-tamarind,green and garlic as needed.
Sprinkle sanchal,jeera pd, red chilli pd,salt,chaat masala.Garnish with sev, pomegranate seeds,coriander leaves.

Aloo Tikki Chaat


Ingredients

potatoes-2 bigsize
ginger -1/4th inc.
garlic -5-6 cloves.
corriander leaves-1/4th.
salt -to taste
green chillies-2-3nos.
curds-200ml
imli pulp-1 katori
jaggery-1inc pc.
warm water-1 cup.

Method

1-pressure cook potatoes&soakimli in water
chop green chillies/corriander
ground ginger/garlic to a fine paste.
grate potatoes+g/g paste, corriander&chillies
mix&form balls
lightly flatten them&shallow fry
add jaggery to imli pulp
take a bowl.place tikki in it
spoon imli pulp&curds over it.sprinkle ginger jullienes&serve

Chatpatta Chaat


Ingredients
urad papad
1/4 cup sprouted moong
1/4 cup sprouted chana
1/4 cup boiled makai dana(corn)
1/4 cup pomogranet dana
4 tbs. chopped coriander
chat masala as per taste
red chilly powder as per taste

Method
1. Roast the urad papad for 30 seconds in microwave.(If you don`t have microwave you can use gas for roast the papad).
2. Immediatly after removing from microwave and when it is hot make bowl shape from papad and keep aside.
3. Mix all the remaining ingrediants in one bowl, add chat masala and chilly powder and toss it well.
4. Now in one plate place papad bowl, in that put some mixture and garnish with some chopped coriander and serve.
