Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1/2 medium size
Tomatoes - 1/2
Onion - 3 tsp ( washed in cold water with salt)
Cilantro ( coriander leaves ) - 3 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 tsp
garbanzo beans - 2 tsp
lemon juice - 5 tsp
orange juice - 1 tsp
Black powdered pepper - 1 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
Finely chop the above ingredients , Add the lemon juice and add the pepper powder , orange juice, salt and toss the vegetables together and finely add the ground nuts and dates.
