Bread slices -10
Finely cut onion- 2 tabl.spns
Fresh cream - 1 tabl.spn
Mustard powder - little
Salt - as per taste
green chillies - 1 tabl.spn chopped
mint leaves - 1 tabl.spn chopped finely
Aji-no- moto - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
cheese cubes - 2
Butter - 1 tabl.spn
spring onion - little chopped finely
cumin seeds - 1/2teaspoon
1.Pressure cook corn cobs.
2.Remove the seeds from the cooked cobs.
3.In a pan heat little oil and add cumin seeds, chillies and onion and fry for few minutes.
4.Add spring onion, cooked corn cobs,aji-no-moto and stir for few minutes.
5.Add salt,pepper powder,mint leaves,mustard powder and cream.
6.Mix well and remove from fire.
7.Pile the above corn mixture on top of the buttered bread slice.
8.Now sprinkle little grated cheese and grill till cheese turns its colour.
