Matar Kachori


Ingredients
250grm green peas,
300grm maida,

1spoonadrak harimirchpaste,

15grm dalchinipowder,

besan,
greencoriander.

oil for frying.

Method

first u blanch greenpeas alongsalt. let it be cooland mash it. then uputlittle oil in pan add asrakharimich nd matarpaste.then ufry put one spoon besan nd saute itfor a while add coriander and salt to taste. now make dough of maida. make 12 portions roll it nd put 1spoon of masalo as u din masala puri. heat oil nd fry dark brown. serve with aalu sabji or with green chatni.
