Stuffed Tomato Curry

Ingredients

8 medium size Tomatoes
300 gms Paneer
75 gms Peas
10 gms Garlic
100 gms Capsicum
50 gms Ginger
50 gms Green Chilli
50 gms Onion
2 teaspoonful Garam Masala
2 teaspoonful Salt
1 teaspponful Turmeric Powder
One mixture of medium sized Onion and Two Tomatoes with Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli for making curry

Method:

Cut onion, capsicum, green chilli and ginger into fine pieces.Cut top of all tomatoes and take the inner sauce out so that tomatoes are hollow.Heat oil in frying pan and put garlic in it make them red. Then put onion into it and fry for 4 minutes and put all finely chopped vegetables and peas into the pan fry on high heat.

After cooking for ten minutes put finely chopped cheese into the same and make like a mixture and cook for 6 minutes on high heat. On the second side with the inner sauce of tomatoes add tarka mixture ready for curry. Put turmeric, garam masala, salt etc and fry. Cook this for 10 minutes and mix water one cup in this.

The earlier cooked mixture is filled in tomatoes and sealed with cut cap of tomatoes. Now fry these filled tomatoes in shallow oil by regularly turning them over for say 10 minutes. Now tomatoes are ready and are poured in curry already made. Keep stirring and mixing for 7 minutes and the dish is ready.Hope you will enjoy above dish.
