Ingredients:
4 Potatos
Chille Powder
Oil
Salt
Method:
Peel the skin of Potatos and then slice them as thin as possible.
Put the slices at once into a bowl of cold water and let stand for at least half an hour,then remove from water, dry well by shaking them in a towel. For Deep frying add oil in a pan.Once oil hot, fry the slices to golden colour and remove from oil.
