Corn Roll Parathas Recipes

Ingredients

CORN KENELS 1 CUP
PANEER GRATED 1 CUP
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI PASTE 1 TSP
WHEAT FLOUR
CORIENDER
DHANA JEERA POWDER 2 TSP
CHAT MASALA 1/4 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
HALDI POWDER 1/4 TSP
SALT AS PER TASTE
SUGAR (OPTIONAL)

Method  

BOIL CORN KENELS IN PRESSURE COOKER WITHOUT WATER AND MAKE A PASTE OF IT.
TAKE CORN PASTE, GRATED PANEER AND SUFFICIENT WHEAT FLOUR.
ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, CHILLI POWDER, HALDI, CHAT MASALA, DHANA-JEERA POWDER ,SALT AND CORIENDER.
MIX WELL AND MAKE A LOAF.
THEN ROLL PARATHAS AND FRY ON TAVA WITH OIL FROM BOTH THE SIDES.
SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CURD AND TOMATO SAUCE.
