1 cup besan flour
1 cup grated cabbage leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste.
Oil for frying
Make a smooth batter with basin,add saltred chili powder and keep aside.
Put grated cabbage leaves in the batter.
Heat oil in a pan, when it is medium hottake a small amount of batter and drop into the oil. Fry both sides till done remove from the pan keep them kitchen papaer in order to absorb the oil.
