Pesarapindi Cutlet Recipe


250gm of pesarapindi (powder of pesalu + rice 1:1 ratio)
1 cup of onions
1 cup of zeera
3 spoons chillipowder
2 spoons salt


Mix the pesarapindi powder with all the ingredients and make like a chapathi paste. Take small pieces of flour and put in on a plastic paper. Make like a small thick chapathi and fry it in oil. Fry until the oil bubbles are removed and the cutlet becomes brown. Thats it cutlet is ready.
