Ingredients:
Bread: 6 slice
Onion : 1 medium
Red Chillie Powder: 1/2 tsp
Tomato : 1
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Lemon Juice : 1 spoon
Method: Chop bread in small pieces. Chop onion and tomato in small pieces. Now heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add turmeric, red chilii powder, onion and let onion turn to golden brown color. Now add chopped tomato and cook it for 3 - 4 minutes. Add chopped bread now, cover it and let it cook for 1 minutes. When it is warm, sprinkle lemon juice over. Bread Upma is ready. Serve it hot in breakfast.
