Pasta Roti Recipe
Ingredients:
250g - boiled pasta
2 tbsp - paasta sauce
2 tbsp - sweet curd
2 tbsp - green chutney
1 onion
2 to 3 green chillies
1 lemon
A bunch of coriander leaves
50 g - nylon sev
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - red chili powder
Method
For the green chutney:
Take two green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and 1 tabespoon of lemon juice. Blend it in the mixer.
For the chaat:
1. Take a bowl put in the boiled paasta, then add paasta sauce.
2. Add curd, green chutney and then the mixture of cut green chillies, onion and coriander leaves.
3. Spread the nylon sev.
4. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
5. The chaat is ready to eat.
