Ingredients: 2 cups Poha (Beaten Rice)1 Potatoes1 Onions2 Green Chillies1 tsp Chana dal1 tsp Urad dal1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds1 sprig Curry leaves2 tsp Peanuts4 tblsp Oil1 pinch Turmeric powder1 LemonFew Corainder leavesSalt to tasteMethod : * Soak the poha in water. Wash and drain all the water. * Add some salt , turmeric powder , keep aside. * Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, chop the onions, chillies, corainder leaves. * Heat oil and put chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, peanuts, curry leaves and fry until they crackle. * Add potatoes , saute for few minutes, then add chopped onions, chillies. * Cook till they are done. Add the poha, corainder leaves and stir. * Keep it on slow flame for 5- 7 minutes. * Let it cool for sometime and add then lemon juice.

200g Paneer - cut in 1/2" cubes1 capsicum-cut into thin long strips2 tbsp. oil5-6 flakes garlic - crushed2 tbsp. ready made tomato puree1/2 tsp sugar & garam masala3/4 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp dhania powderSalt to tasteMethod: * In a small frying pan, add oil and garlic and as soon as the oil is hot, add the tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, dhania and garam masala. * Mix well. Add capsicum and sautee for one minute. * Now add the cottage cheese mix well and mocrowave high uncovered for 3 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients:8 pieces lamb chops3/4 tsp. garlic paste1/2 cup yoghurt1 tsp. aniseed, red chilli powder5 cloves3 1/2 tbsp. oil1 tbsp. lemon juice, ginger paste2 tsp. gram floura small piece of raw papaya1/2 tsp. black cardamom1/4 tsp. black pepperSalt to taste
Method: * Flatten the chops with a hammer. * Rub ginger-garlic paste and keep aside. * Dry roast the' besan' in a pan till brown. Sprinkle it on the chops. * Beat the curd in a bowl and keep aside. * Grate raw papaya and rub well on meat. * Add yoghurt and remaining ingredients, mix well. * Add little oil to it. Marinate the mutton in this marinade for one hour. * Fry the chops for about 5 minutes in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. and then transfer to the microwave. * Cover, sprinkle with a little water and micro them for 6 minutes. * Stand them for another 3 minutes and serve with onions, mint and a dash of lemon juice.
Ingredients:6"-7" round dish or 2" high with cover100g paneer - grated1 cup shelled peas2 tbsp. oil1 medium size onion1-2 green chillies1/2" piece ginger6 tbsp. ready made tomato puree1/4- red chilli powder1/2 tsp. cumin powder1/2 tsp. garam masala powderCashewnuts - optionalSalt to tasteMethod: * Grind together onion, green chillies, ginger and fry this masala for 4 to 5 minutes in a non-stick pan. * Add tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, peas and sprinkle 1 tbsp. water. * Now transfer this to a micro dish and micro high for 3 minutes. * Add salt, grated paneer 5 tbsp. water and cashew nuts and mix gently. * Cover the dish and again micro wave for 2 minutes and stand for another 2 minutes. * Serve, garnished with fresh coriander and green chili.

1 kg mutton (boneless cubes)6 cardamoms1 bay-leaf5/6 cup oil2g saffron3tbsp. Garlic paste1 boiled egg4 cinnamon8 cloves1/2 cup yoghurt1/2 tsp black pepper3tbsp. Ginger paste3 tbsp. Green chilli pasteSalt to tasteMethod: * Heat oil, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf. * When brown put ginger, garlic, green chilli paste. * Saute for a few minutes and add yoghurt and mutton cubes. * Put it in a glass dish, cover it and micro it for 10 minutes and then stand it for 5 minutes. * When meat is tender, add salt, pepper and saffron and micro it further for 3-4 minutes. Stand it for another minute and serve. * To serve garnish with quartered boiled egg and mint. * A squeeze of lemon juice will greatly enhance the taste. (For chicken curry use chicken instead of mutton).

1 cup corn2 tbsp. oil2 finely chopped medium onions3-4 black cardamoms2 finely chopped small tomatoes1 cup beaten curd1 tsp. red chilli powder1/4 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. turmeric powder2 green chillies - deseeded and choppedsalt to tasteMethod: * Microwave the corn for 4 minutes and stand for 2 minutes. * Now saute the onions tomatoes in a frying pan, using all the oil. * Add all the dry ingredients and cook for another minute. * Add the beaten curd, put it in a glass bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes before serving.

* In a non - stick frying pan heat the oil and put in all the masalas, (except the salt and mango powder). * Stir fry for one minute and then add the bhindi. * Mix well and then microwave for 5 minutes uncovered. * Let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes and then serve.
Ingredients:250g small baingans1 tbsp. oil4- thick green chillies1/2 tsp. red chilli powder1/2 tsp. garam masala2 tsp. dhania powder1/2 tsp. amchoor1/2 tsp. haldi & sugarJuice of 1 lemonSalt to tasteMethod: * Wash the bringals, and slit them. * Slit green chillies and deseed them. * Mix salt, sugar, chilli powder,' garam masala', 'amchoor', 'dhania powder' and haldi together. * Add a little lemon juice to make a wet paste. Fill the paste in the bringals and green chillies. * Pour oil in a pan and stir fry the stuffed brinjals for 3 minutes. * Arrange in a dish, sprinkle a little water on them and then Micro on high, covered for 5 minutes and stand the dish for another 2 minutes. * Serve garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
