Cauliflower Manchurian



Ingredients


1 - medium gobi (cauliflower)
3/4 cup - flour (maida)
1 cup - finely chopped onions
1 - chopped green chili
11/2 tbsp - garlic paste
11/2 tbsp - ginger paste
1/4th tsp - ajinomoto
2 tbsp - soya sauce
finely chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 tbsp - tomato ketchup
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - corn flour
salt to taste

Method

Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water.
Take a tsp. of ginger and garlic paste, add it to the paste.
Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
Heat oil in another pan and add the remaining ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions and green chilli to it.
Now, mix aginomoto, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
Add fried gobi and mix well.
Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve the gobi manchurian hot.

Matar Kachori


Ingredients
250grm green peas,
300grm maida,

1spoonadrak harimirchpaste,

15grm dalchinipowder,

besan,
greencoriander.

oil for frying.

Method

first u blanch greenpeas alongsalt. let it be cooland mash it. then uputlittle oil in pan add asrakharimich nd matarpaste.then ufry put one spoon besan nd saute itfor a while add coriander and salt to taste. now make dough of maida. make 12 portions roll it nd put 1spoon of masalo as u din masala puri. heat oil nd fry dark brown. serve with aalu sabji or with green chatni.

Chinese bhel


Ingredients

250 gm Noodles
Shredded vegetables - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion/onion
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Corn flour to envelop the noodles
salt to taste

Method

Boil the noodles .do not over boil
Wash noodles with cold water and sprinkle some corn flour on noodles
Fry the noodles
Add the vegetables.
Add vinegar , chilli and tomato sauce
Add salt
Mix well and serve.

khatte chinese balls


Ingredients

For balls
4 to 5 bread slices
1 medium size kerry grated
1 chopped capsicum
1 small chopped onion
Chilly sauce/red chilli powder
salt
Ajinomoto a pinch
oil to fry.
For gravy
Ginger-garlic paste
chopped onion/spring onion
capsicum chopped
chopped mushroom(optional)
soya sauce
chilly sauce
salt
Tomatoe ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
1 cup water

Method

In a wok heat oil and saute chopped onion,chopped capsicum, and grated kerry.
Soak the bread in water and squeeze the water completely and it in a bowl.
Add the saute vegetables and kerry.
Add salt, ajinomoto,and red chilli powder to above mixture and mix well.
Now make the balls of the mixture and deep fry it till the balls are cooked and golden brown in colour.
Take out the balls and keep them on the paper to drain the excess oil.
For gravy
Put oil in the wok and saute ginger-garlic paste.
Add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, and chopped mushrooms.
Cook it for few minutes.
Now add soya sauce, chilly sauce, salt and tomatoe ketchup.
Now add 3/4 cup of water.
In a small cup add remaining water and cornflour, mix well.
Add this to the gravy and it for 2 mins or till the gravy thickens and boil.
Now add the balls and simmer the gas for 3 mins.
Take it out in a dish and garnish it with spring onions

jhat pat idli fry


Ingredients

idl readymade mix or idlis made in advance
1tbsp. amul butter
1tsp oil
1tbsp urad dal
1/2 tsp rai
a little bit of hing
1stp jeera powder
1tsp dhaniya powder
1stp saunf powder
a little bit of chopped dhaniya for garnishing
salt to taste

Method

Prepare idlis in advance and cut them into 4 halves.
Take a pan and add the oil to it. Allow to heat and then add the rai and hing.
Add the urad dal and then the butter. Allow it to melt.
Add the cut idli pieces and lightly stir.
Add the jeera, saubf, dhaniya powder.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
